To Nalien: I agree that those followers that Krile and Unukalhai left behind are definitely just screaming of being mentioned later. They just left them in stasis like that! That can't be particularly smart when the Garleans are literally right there. That feels like a pretty big oversight, even if only from Unukalhai's part.
Gameplay-wise, considering how much moving around the last phase of Sephirot Ex takes, I'm not looking forward to healing any battle with all three of the Triad at once. What a nightmare.

Oh boy oh boy. I'm stuck working on Saturday and am so bored that I'm writing up some copypasta of the dialogue implying Elidibus wants the Triad dealt with, because even after everything flat out hitting us on the head with the Unukalhai foreshadowing, there are people who still doubt it.
3.0 Unukalhai's Introduction:
Urianger: Rest assured he is not our enemy. For the time being, at least.
Why would some innocent little child be our enemy any time at all?
3.1 Eli: Our fates were ordained long ago, Archon. The Garleans are no exception. Nor the Triad. You know what must be done.
Proof of: Elidibus wants the Triad dealt with. Right from his mouth. Not even hidden in flowery, fancy words.
After this cutscene, Urianger in the Sands mentions fighting our fate of inevitable destruction. And, oh boy, look at that, Urianger is out helping us in Azys Lla next patch.
This is also related to Unukalhai saying we were only fulfilling our fate by offing Thordan.
3.2 Cutest Ascian:
- The ignorant meddling of the Empire will serve only to hasten the eikons' awakening, and it is my master's desire that the Triad be dispatched before imperial forces delve too deeply.
- He's-really-not-an-Ascian-we-swear:
Your concern for my sanity is touching─but unnecessary. Suffice it to say, I am in no danger of falling under the eikon's sway.
Urianger spouting Elidibus quotes:
3.0 - After all, the matter doth pertain to the very fate of this star.
This is most interesting for me, considering it's relevant to both our character and the Ascians:
Unu 3.2 - There is no power more fearsome than that born of unconditional faith and unbending ideal.
And finally, plugging my own theories:
3.0 Unukalhai - And yet, were the Warring Triad to be released into the world, unimaginable destruction would ensue.
