Acc cap is ~723 and that build has 708 acc and less than 590 skill speed, its not a valid BiS because you are not reaching ACC cap and Skill Speed cap.

That build has 718 SS you didn't read it right and it was an estimate i didn't know what the acc was so i based it off of 700 estimate

There is also this one which hasthe highest Crit and just barely makes the ACC and Skill speed cap with food. It uses a full ACC meld over a Crit meld and still has a the highest possible (with 723 ACC) crit at 1088

Correction this one has the highest Crit build but requires the Use of the Lore Spear: 1121 Crit
