that was my guess, probably didnt realise shes doing A5N not A5S, even Elysium would be hard pressed to beat A5S Dummy with 40 seconds to spare.
Hrm... there is no A5 Normal in the SSS, only "Midas" O___o;;; (unless they actually poked at A1S...? Naaaah)
I tried A5S SSS with my rescent update in gears...
Thing is that its an i214 NIN and giving a shot at the dummy I just couldn't beat it with more than 2 seconds to spare (too much sks... and no seph weapon)

Midas is A5, Midas- Fist of the Son, and Midas fist of the Son (Savage)Hrm... there is no A5 Normal in the SSS, only "Midas" O___o;;; (unless they actually poked at A1S...? Naaaah)

Yea, when you unlock Midas Savage the options are there, but there is no Midas Fist of the Son (Normal) in SSS, specifically...
Well, now memory is fussy :/
Can anyone tell me the Skill speed caps and the idial Critical ?
I think you can actually cheat a little bit with the dummies , you can hold all your cds since you only use for example duality or dwad only twice in the fight , so you can line them all up for a huge second burst, or if you plan to kill the dummie in like 10 seconds , why keep up your dots? I'm iLvl 117 with no seph weapon ( a bit crafted gear but still working on melding it completly) and killed the dummie with screwups at the end since its not my normal rotation with around 20 seconds left ( with no bufffood) or killed it with my normal rotation which you would do in a normal fight that lasts longer ,like still using mutilate at 2 % if it falls off^^, with 7-9 seconds left , depending on critluck

Things to remember when gearing..
- Higher ilvl gear is 95% of the time better then the previous, even if it has undesirable stats.
- While skillspeed is one of the worst stats point for point to increase dps, it still will increase your dps.
- Weapon dmg > Main stat > Crit > Det > Skillspeed, in that order. For ninja Specifically (Thank you Dervy for stat weights) - WD: 12.799 / DEX: 1.000 / CRT: 0.215 / DET: 0.168 / SS: 0.106
What that means for you, is it takes 12.799 dex to = 1 weapon dmg, and so on down the line, another example, is it will take 5 crit to = 1 dex. Math is knowledge. (roughly)
These numbers are also from last patch, and are subject to change as ilvl increases. (Source Material)
Other things to remember about SSS..
- Dummies don't take into account player accuracy. You will need to meet the accuracy cap of w/e turn your trying to beat, or you will skew the numbers.
- Actual Dummies HP is catered to each class, Ninja currently has the lowest HP pool for the 3 melee, SE may have took into account having to use your own slashing, since most if not all raids have a war.
- Dummies don't take into account using food or potions, so make sure to bring your raid appropriate consumables when attempting the SSS for a more reliable dps number.
