Cleared it on monday in a PUG - had started on it on friday.
Had set myself as goal to clear over long weekend as tbf mechanics arent hard but you need rely on others and that is what mekes it hard. On monday my mood was horrible it is not about people lying on their progress it is about FOCUS. I wanted to strangle half of them. Late at night someone asked to team up and was basically 6/8 the team that got with me to 2% the night b4.
Atm we try every night to get more people through (if I don't raid)... sometimes we succeed sometimes not. But if somone has people that have good intent to clear disband due to night, the others get a clear and are not even a little bit up to help somone they progressed with... idk :/

So? I'm not part of a raid static therfore I have no need to obtain a weapon that is stronger than my Relic which is enough for Alex Normal and dungeons.

Crafting, Gathering, Glamour, MSQ, there is quite alot to do in this game outside of raiding

I know / have seen the whole fight, but in experience it just always falls apart on the blue knockback circles. There's always a couple of deaths and from there it just snowballs. I've had my best crack at it, but I'm soon to be on holiday for 2 weeks, will probably be a hopeless endeavor when I return since it'll all be farm parties :P I'll keep trying though. I get several friend requests when groups disband from people who clearly knew what they were doing. If you demonstrate that you know your stuff, and if you can make the most of it and encourage such people to band together again, it's very much possible. It's as much who you know as what you know.

This is pretty much my raid groups final hurdle to get over before we down it. We are a newly formed raid group with two of us having lots of raid experience and the other 6 vary from pugging A1s - A2S or being brand new to raiding due to joining the game at heavenswards launch. Skill isnt holding us back, but focus is.

But good progress is being made, two more raid nights and i think my group will down the thing

I've been tanking it with randoms and the only real problem has been the knockback phase. To be more precise, timing and baiting Yesad inside the blue circle before moving out of it after the flash. From there it has been more or less downhill. It's not a hard fight, except for healers who has to deal with all the nonsense and keep everyone alive to boot.

Edit: Haven't cleared the fight. Will try this weekend unless something else comes up.

My FC is young and not up to the fight quite yet. Ive been running face first into DF and PF party's to no avail ;_; Im about to give up tbh, the bads come out in hords and expect to be carried.

I've been to 9% enrage, the rest of my group has cleared (I had to leave on that attempt due to a bad headache distracting me). The best thing to do is form a consistent group, I'll be trying for the clear this weekend.
