I purchase my Aqueous Whetstones from the Grand Company, 200 seals a pop, IIRC. At least it gives me something spend GCs on other than Cordial and Ventures.

Yeah, but why is it the only one that needs it, other than the 50**/*** ARR tokens? It makes it very difficult if you're using leves that require multiple turn ins. It seems like an oversight.
