Please Remove the Materia Melding Crafter Restriction

Not sure why this needed a second thread.

This was the first thread when you look at time of posting. That's really beside the point.

My issue is the non-crafting sentiment that inevitably pops up any time they have to utilize a crafter in any way

I hear you and agree. I've seen the price of goods, but I've also seen the price of the materials. If DoW/DoL really want cheaper foods and gear then perhaps they shouldn't be asking for outrageous sums for the mats in the first place. I don't blame the DoH for trying to make the best of the hand that they're dealt. If I REALLY wanted the top tier foods or glamours I would level the requisite jobs no matter how tedious because there would be a reason for doing so. Materia melding on raid gear on the otherhand...I just can't see how allowing the rest of us to do our own melds on this would hurt the DoH community.
