TIERED Mentor System

Needs something. Friend and I went into a fight we'd not done yet. Said we were first timers. So did another random. Asked for any basic tips. 4 mentors in the group and not one offered any advice just charged in and raged when the group wiped then wiped again. 3 ppl rage quit got 1 rep also a mentor. This one Gave out some basic tips and then we cleared the fight with 6 people. 10 minutes later.

5 mentors and only one of them offered any help. Need some kind of tiring / verification system where if mentors aren't helpful they lose the status or maybe get demoted to a bronze crown where super helpful mentors like the rep we got would surely get a gold crown.

Give an option of being active or not to mentors - that would join them or not to the network - that way you don't get the annoying error message when 90% of the people in the network are actually just idling or even have it turned off.

Also something like this is needed. When i'm busy running stuff with friends, ls, fc, or even pf groups I typically don't have time to participate in the novice network, so it would be nice if I could "sign off" the novice network until i'm done or until my next logon or something and free up a slot for another mentor who has more time to help sprouts that day..
