    Scrip mh and off hand, crafted chest, seafood stew, and fully melded 150 gear should get you to 3 stars. You can also replace your left side with scrip gear, cheap meld your accessories, and use seafood stew. So it doesn't cost a lot of b.s. overhead.

    People are overreacting on the requirements.
