I meant that you could just get it to 10% quality, then finish progress, and repeat it until it's eventually hq.

A little reminder on my idea :

For example, you use 3 items in their NQ version and one Dark Matter cluster

I mean like this: Make nq at 10%, redo for nq at 10%, redo for nq at 10%, . .. blah blah blah eventually that 10% works and you get high quality.

More like "Make 3 of them NQ at 10%, fuse them to redo the craft at 10%, make 2 more NQ and fuse them with the previous NQ to redo the craft at 10%, make 2 more NQ and fuse them with the previous NQ to redo the craft at 10%...etc"
