Recipe changes in 1.19

Interesting that both Pink dyes and canvas seems to be gone for good.

Also, seems like many sets will be losing color, like linen coatee only having blue brown and undyed.

I knew they were going to f'up everything...but not that they were going to remove pink gear for good....it's just too stupid to even believe! ><

Not really sure about what to think anymore...maybe they want to make it a DS port so that's why they are discarding 90% of the game items...

Simplified Color Customization

Currently, players can customize the color of their item only by using colored intermediary materials. This process is rendered extremely complicated due to the fact that intermediary materials come in various hues, along with the existence of dedicated dyes for different types of material (lumber, cloth, metal, and leather).

The new recipes will allow players to color-customize items in a single step by using dyes. Furthermore, universal dyes will be introduced that can be used across all material types.

Ah yes, I remember that bit... I am hoping that finished items can be re-dyed afterwards. I hope Yoshi-P sheds some light about it in his next couple of posts. I'd also really hope that items can be previewed before dyeing or even the ability to mix colors.

Why would they put EVERY color combination on the list? It'd be a total waste of time when they only need one example for each item to demonstrate how the dying works.

I'm sure the other colors are still in the game.
