Yes Lukha except this game isn't free. SE allows you to play for your sub fee but they provide extra content for an extra price. They didn't have to give people the ability to change race and gender or change servers or change their name but they saw an opportunity to capitalize on these OPTIONAL services and chose to provide them for an additional fee. You can still play the game and have access to all the content without these items but if you want a little something extra it's there for you provided you have the money. They even give a free phantasia with veteran rewards and the purchase of the HW ex pack.
