It's a tough choice. There's also this one since it's not bulky. So I narrowed it down to two choices. The dell or the:

With what's in it, for that price. It is my opinion that it isn't worth the cost, because on that budget you could build one with a lot more power.

If you need a laptop, i'd shop around a little, make sure you're getting the most bang for your buck

Definitely go with this one if you need a laptop. It says that I7 can go up to 3.1 GHZ, and a good processor is everything when it comes to MMOs, and the GPU will run this game just fine.

The 950M in the Asus is considerably slower than the 960M in the Dell. (Lower clockspeed and GDDR3 instead of GDDR5. GDDR3 means considerably less memory bandwidth.)
The i7-6500U in the Asus is also a dual core, whereas the i7-6300HQ in the Dell is a quad core. The 6300HQ also turbos higher than the 6500U. (3.2ghz vs 3.1ghz)
Screen-wise the Dell is also superior. It has an IPS screen, while the Asus is TN.

You can argue about that the Asus is fine, but the specs for the Dell are better.
