Well, given that the outfits were designed by another company for a game ran by said company it's unlikely. They have nothing to do with SE.
We kind of are? There was a thread about it in one of the off forums. the lead EN translator censored parts of the game without telling the JP team. They also convinced some of the EU teams to do the same. It was happening up until 3.15. I haven't heard about anytihng in 3.2 yet. He was called out by Yoshi-P twice and had to write a formal apology. In his apology he said he'd continue to censor materials to ensure nothing 'problematic' would make it to our side of the pond.
I don't see the need to make these China-only. Give it to them sure, but share the love.
I have nothing against your comment, but it's not the same. You shouldn't categorize all like that. Skill and noobs are different subject, so does healers and accuracy problem. I think we should take those seriously. As far as new outfits go, Chinese players will always get exclusive items. It's just how business work to support players. Not just China, but Chinese always get something similar to this in almost every other MMOs.
Why can't Chinese players here get the outfit?

Um...Okay, as angry as I am about the shoddy localization we're stuck with, that is not even close the the same thing. The Chinese and Korean versions of this game are mechanically different from the rest of the world's, with content removed or altered to comply with their extremely strict censorship laws.We kind of are? We may have to deal with a translation full of awful puns and bad characterization decisions, but it's only the text that's different, and we still have access to the other versions of the script for those who are multi-lingual. Which makes other problems entirely, since you still look at Haurchefant like he's a bit of a weirdo even when he's being his boring, serious, unproblematic English self, but I guess when you don't even bother to inform anyone, let alone ask permission to make changes, making sure the action matches up to the dialogue just isn't possible.
Look at all the awesome uncensored content we have that China are NEVER getting!
