This is the description of The Feast via the patch notes:
"The Feast is a new PvP arena in which the main objective is to steal your opponent's medals. The winner of these matches is determined by whichever team has the most at the end of each match. Individual PvP rating and tiers will also be assigned to players and the highest-ranked participants of each season will be awarded a special prize."


The description of Fenrir Pup on the xivdb.com:
"Torn from his mother's teat immediately after birth and weaned on the manblood spilled daily in the Wolves' Den, this young hoarhound with soft blue fur was named after the spirit-beast of legend with hopes that he would grow to become as fierce and powerful. "

Fenrir pup will likely be rare to only those who manage to place in the top tier of each season, so don't expect it to be cheap. Just because it's likely to be a PvP reward doesn't mean it can't be sold. A lot of PvP stuff can be sold.

Fenrir Pup is a random drop from the Feast. If you get one it will go straight to your inventory at the end of the match.

Different sources have different things to say about the Fenrir pup, in particular whether or not you need to win to be able to get the drop. Can anyone confirm obtaining it on a loss?

one guy on reddit said they got it from a loss on 8v8. I don't think there was a screenshot proving it was a loss however.

Faustlet is likely to be a drop from AS8.
