I think it's done on purpose. He said he would be able to tell us a lot more after this next patch is live. Apparently he's getting right to it, immediately when the servers go back up with the new version. Works for me, I can wait another hour or two before playing after waiting all this time, plus considering SE NEVER does live Q&A stuff like this.

With the slowness of the P2P downloads we will probably have plenty of time to watch this before it is completed anyways.

At the dev panels at FanFest, translation was handled by Bayohne and Dan from Del Taco. So I'd say you're probably right.

as this is being done through You Tube I would not be suprised if there was a translation protocal with about a 10sec delay flashing his response across the screen.
