Major lag in instanced areas

Is anyone else getting severe (like "having trouble with even basic combos" severe) lag in instanced areas like dungeons? In the open world everything is crystal clear, but when I went into Antitower, as well as Stone, Sky, Sea, and even in my inn room, it suddenly became atrocious.

The instance servers are likely being slammed right now, this isn't unusual for a patch day.
