I don't think the game is being held back because of PS3 users.

I think there are waaaaaaaay more PC users who have hardware lower than that of a PS3 that play the game.

"I play FF14 on the laptop I get from work.
What's a gaming laptop?"

Says "the average man" playing the game.

There are millions of players. Not just the 10 you hang out with plus the 50 you follow on YouTube.

Millions of players do not all have High-End PCs.
It's just not in the cards.
