Just so I am clear on obtaining a choco:

You need to have obtained at least 3,000 seals.
Obtained a rank HIGHER than recruit.
Talk to your vendor, bam boom done.

Question being....has it been made public how we attain a higher rank than recruit so we can purchase our chocos?

/Prays it is not an accumulation of seals that ranks you up
Lest we need another pointless grind for a commodity that should have existed since day 1 over a year ago.

You needed to become recruit to gain access to Toto-Rak and beyond, perhaps completing Toto-Rak is enough? we'll find out soon, at any rate.

They got better

I fed them all Gausebit Wildgrass...for 6 hours per chocobo...it took along time..and alot of grass.
