Why are not all trials in the trial roulette?

I'm levelling an alt character and she just reached level 50, and I'm facing a problem right now with the Minstrel's Ballad: Ultima. I don't know now how many trials are not included in the roulette but I'm pretty sure Ultima and Odin aren't. Which is a problem to get the clear on the quest, specially Ultima, since it is (or was, unsure now which patch got rid of it or if it got even) a gateway to further trials. And even just for the sake of clearing it, given many players have quit now, it is very very hard to make the duty pop, not even considering party finder.
I can imagine new players, not alts, having the same issue and that might be very offputting sadly.
I can understang the ilevel requirements, but just like if you dont have a certain trial unlocked, you wont have it under roulette, same should apply to ilevel.
So, why is it that the trial roulette ignores certain trials? Can there be an adjustment in the (near) future?

I think because those Trials are not story line related, for one, and synced they are still punishing. Ultima HM is really an ex fight tailored at i70(like any fight in BCoB1) Odin is i90 I believe, and all the primal ex fights are excluded for convienience. I don't believe anyone would do trial roulette if they were included, not for the rewards that are given anyway. Your best bet is to find a PF or FC willing to lend you 3 other people; I've been able to 4 man Ultima hm unsynced to get clears for new FC members lately in our 210s.

I don't want to do an EX fight with a bunch of randoms, there's too much ability to fail on those. People NEED to actually pay attention and know what to do for an extreme fight when they're synced.

Your best bet really is Party Finder. Especially since the only people you'd get in DF is first-timers, which would turn into a 60 minute wipefest.

one of the main problems to do ultima hm random wit duty finder is this is the first fight wich requires a tank switch. but only paladin learns provoke. almost everytime i did this trial random there was at least one warrior who did not learned this cross-skill. now we also have drk. without tank switch the tank will always die (and lose all his aggro, wich he has trouble to gain back against the DD's and healers without provoke, especially as longer as the fight last), makes it nearly impossible to clear this fight.

You can DF them, but OP is talking about Trials Roulette (The roulette that puts you in lots of hard mode trials).

Misread, sorry.
Trial roulette includes all 50 trials, which are considerd as "Hard" versions. Odin and minstrel's ballade are classified as EX trials and no EX trial is in the trial roulette.

And i supose noone want to make every EX trial to unlock the roulette.
And noone would be happy if they get EX trials in their roulette.

If there were a separate roulette for the extreme trials, I'm sure it would see use. Not sure why this isn't in the game, really.
