For the next expansion would you like a new race? More Faces or just sub-tribes?

It's more than we can say for Au'ra and Miqote. A plant race sounds pretty legit. I can imagine some sort of experiment making sentient beings in Arboretum (not like the last boss) living their new lives in Iddylshire or residing in the shrouds.

to me comparing our different races between ff14 and the silvaris or the charr we can't talk about human, there's a total difference of effort °°

In concept art, sure. Problem with the Viera race is their feet.
Take the Au Ra concept art for example. Look at all the interesting designs they came up with and then what we ended up getting (I don't think SE even redesigned head gear to make sense of the horns). Now imagine the Viera in this game... but with normal feet (if hats weren't redesigned, then of course feet gear won't be). Now also remember that the Viera in XII Ivalice do not have rabbit tails. Already, the race is just sounding like a tall human with rabbit ears and nothing else interesting going for them (which is less than what the Au Ra has going for them).

I'd easily take more options for what we currently have. I could get behind a new race, but after Au Ra, I kinda just don't trust their ability to deliver on something "new." Not because I don't think they have the talent. On the contrary, I think they're more than capable, but I just expect them to cater to the same people all over again and just give us another "hyur with animal ears and a tail" especially with the females.

They can use the 1st design, looks fundamentally different from the races, and they do have puffy tails. I imagine they can make an exception of gear modeling if its just the shoes for Viera. At least it'd be something different that the other races if that's what they wanted.

i will not bet on this my friend... i feel a lot have too much expectation about "other race"
like people asking for non human race, what will never happend 2 main reason:
- 1 all the equipement will need to be remade for fit this new model
- 2 the mount, some will not be usable by this race.

To use two very known examples (and key word there, is example) of a beast race that is humanoid yet still bestial, it really doesn't require much to make something using the human body type we already have and turn it into something more beast-like.
