I would love to see the Viera in this, but would love even more an not so humanoid looking race, maybe like the Burmecians or the Nu Mou

But placing Burmecians in the same realm as Miqo'te would start a war, some hungry miqo'te accidently mistakes a Burmecian child for food and suddenly there will be fighting in the streets, it will be like Galka Tarutaru 3.0
(not that i would be opposed to this, <3 Freya <3)
viera really aren't that different from miqo'te though, you could just make a miqo'te bard and wear similar clothing for a similar effect.
Why not beast races? If gear is a problem they could just make different models that fit the look of the race, suddenly they only need a handful of models for gear
And how awesome would that be, they can even think of creative ways of building the lore around it XD
I do not think so, Viera are traditionally taller, have different feet and face, they could also be introduced in the game quite nicely on a expansion depending how the Dev's play it out.
This would be really nice and different, and also doable since the a base model isn't that much work, but i rather doubt SE is willing to put the effort for it. Would be a nice change though.
Am I the only one who wants the cute bunny-like Viera who were short and adorable that they showed off instead of the taller ones? I could easily see them being native to Eorzea around Ala Mhigo or if we go sailing next expansion, native to a chain of islands. Either way, this is probably the race I want to see most.
Something... something... edginess... shadows... wait... I'm supposed to be a paragon of love and justice!
No, you are not! If that or something similar was made a race, SE would have my fantasia money faster than they can say the race's name, haha.Am I the only one who wants the cute bunny-like Viera who were short and adorable that they showed off instead of the taller ones? ....I'll to return to my Fantasia Anonymous meeting now.![]()
I was a bit disappointed with the Au Ra. Was hoping for something much more reptilian.
I think dolls would make an interesting playable race. Thinking about the black mages of FFIX, the automatons, etc. Could still give them customisable bodies with hair, etc, but it would just be a shell with an open face that's deep black with the little glowy eyes.
How about going counter-Auri and having the male Viera short and cute while the females tall and fierce?Am I the only one who wants the cute bunny-like Viera who were short and adorable that they showed off instead of the taller ones? They need to stop making non human races look so human. Its boring.
I like the tall ones and these small ones, so the best thing to do would be to have them be the tribes?Am I the only one who wants the cute bunny-like Viera who were short and adorable that they showed off instead of the taller ones? Highlander and Midlander are different enough from each other for example (more so than any other tribe)
Viera and Vierafell <3
I would actually be so happy for a Garlean playable race, even it came with class restrictions due to the magic thing (unless that gets fixed in he future). I adore them and would play the race so quickly.
