They are not "actively" working on it, we, the players in that thread were. We all know that SE does not control our ISP, but if it is your "business partner" that has caused an entire region of your player base to be cutoff, so to speak, from your product, i believe it is their job to get it together. Not for us to be chasing ghosts around just to get a very generic response from them days after. Even if i cancel my sub, it still will play out the duration of the 6 months i have already paid for, without me ever having spent a second in-game. I do not see anything good from my point of view.
