Well, the original artwork of that armor was named "Evil Armor" and the helm does is much more DRKish than DRGish (specially since the concept arts remind a bunch FFXI AFs)...but we already got so many s#!t from this dev team i wouldn't be surprised in it being DRG armor...

Pgl is my highest atm but im only leveling it for some skills i want for my other classes. Its not going to be my main.

i have not done much more than my PGL so far i'm still quite new to this game, but a monk would do me just fine i hope he still has his counter attack. but i had a thought on your dark knight is the shield part of the gladiator class, if it is a class on its own, then shield could be paladin, non shield could be dark knight

Good suggestion. The two are in a way separate but you cant be a sentinel without being a gladiator or mage class.

I think Marauder will become a new class called executioner. It will be a scythe wielding class. Check the ifrit battle vid and look at the lala exc. I watched his attacks were melee and it was a scythe he was wielding. Wondering if there are any unexpected surprises that SE wanted to give a hint at with the vid while showing how badass ifrit fight will be.

In the end the difference is mainly the helm. Those twisted horns very often were dark knight helms, while dragoons had a fin-like stuff at helm.

And, odd enough, at art Cecil is also holding an spear =P

i hate to bring bad news, but i read on another tread executioner is just what the japanesse call a marauder, also the new job classes aren't coming out till patch 0.21 or so i heard so u won't be getting a look at them in game yet

the dark looking gear is a DRG 100% sure lol

we don't know how dragon look in this game lol so the horn on the helm coudl be right
