I'm assuming the part about delaying guildleve history evaluations means the new system will be held off until 1.19a, rather than shafting us out of the bonuses granted for two to three weeks. Note that he only said the history evaluation would be postponed rather than the entire system.

I seriously hope that at least the token system will be in place... It's probably the most exciting part of the update for me so not having that on day 1 will be really dissapointing...
