Logged straight back on and talked to them (they were speaking english)

I got this nice response when mentioning imperials in the black shroud.

I've lost count of how many of these reporters I've talked to but it's at least 6 lol (2 English speaking ones and some French and German ones)

It's almost every other day when I'm seeing these reporters.
Haven't seen any for a few days though.
