I like the name "Super Leviathan daggers" è__éThere will likely be weapons to accompany the armour.
We already saw daggers on what looked like Leviathan-gear, and while Leviathan weapons already exist these would be more like...super Leviathan daggers.
You may like your Garuda daggers, but Garuda has a whole set of weapons out there!
Can't wait to take my new super Titan axe! (how... how big it will be?!)
ifrit = str
garuda = agi ( wind , mch/brd)
titan = vit
ramuh = int
leviathan = dex :/ ( i was expecting MND but is nin gear)
shiva = mnd
i wonder if DRG/MNK will share ifrit set or what
YOU DARE DEFY THE GOOD KING, WHO'S CHILDREN TAUGHT YOU HOW TO SPEAK TO THE ELEMENTALS AND WIELD ITS MAGICKS? D:<
THIS IS A POMPOSTEROUS POMOUTRAGE
Yes, having a 3rd dungeon would add a lot more to the game, The Feast can't even come close to filling this hole. If you are on a server where PvP is a thing and is actively looked for in the PF and people shout invites to PvP linkshells, by all means I'm happy for you to have an addition to the aspect of the game you like. However, on my server PvP is dead, I haven't seen a PF for it in roughly 3 months nor is anyone looking for PvP linkshells. Jenova is a more of a dungeon first server, then raid and gathering. So the absence of a 3rd dungeon has a negative impact on my server that is already dropped in population size. One less dungeon means more grinding of the old expert dungeons which by now we have already done to death, given the whole idea of an expansion pack is to expand content, not shrink it in favor of things that might not work.
Diadem was ok just implemented badly but certainly not a waste like LoV which I've seen no one play after the release. It's things lIke this when I wish they utilized a community poll as to what we all want rather just putting together a patch that focuses on random surprises that may or may not benefit each players respected server.

You seemed to have missed the point.
What does a third dungeon actually bring to the table? Lets say we still got three, what would Tam-Tara (Extreme) add to the game exactly? You'd get the same drops as Pharos Sirius (Hard) and Saint Mocianne's Arboretum, the same tomestone rewards. The only thing that changes is the wallpaper, the location you run through in 5 minutes and the enemies you group up and AoE down.
The only benefit to having more than one dungeon per update is the illusion of choice, and I don't know about you, but I'd much rather have that illusion of choice applied in the dungeon; I'd rather have one dungeon with three paths, than three dungeons with one path. I'd take one expertly crafted dungeon, which can be played differently each time I repeat it, than a dozen different dungeons that are always just a dash through a corridor.
Diadem is what took away your third dungeon though, not Lords of Verminion. For that matter, the Feast isn't taking away a dungeon either. FFXIV has a dedicated team for PvP, the people working on the Feast were never working on dungeons, so having them produce the Feast never took away from dungeons (case and point, we got three dungeons every update alongside Wolves' Den, Secure, and Slaughter). Likewise for Verminion, the Gold Saucer team (IIRC) works on side content like Housing, rather than anything else (so you'd be justified in complaining about getting Verminion instead of extra wards/etc.).Diadem was ok just implemented badly but certainly not a waste like LoV which I've seen no one play after the release. It's things lIke this when I wish they utilized a community poll as to what we all want rather just putting together a patch that focuses on random surprises that may or may not benefit each players respected server.
Diadem was the thing that took away from dungeon development, had it been polished I'd be more than happy with that. It had potentially to be exactly what I just asked for; When you go into Diadem you could have a different run each time. Instead they just made it Hunts: The Instance, slapped gathering in there, and called it a day. The extra "polish" we're getting in 3.2 really doesn't impress me either...

I hope the new dungeons will have some new good looking armor.
