I don't agree with you that it will promote exploration. The only thing that it will promote is repetition and wasting time running with a chocobo when I could have teleported there instantly.

Like I said earlier, those people that like to explore will do it with or without anima. Don't ruin this for others like me that appreciate fast means of travel because we actually have a life and play this as a HOBBY.
I don't play this game as much as alot of other people, usually only on weekends. Looking at your profile I notice you have ranked up much more than I have in a shorter amount of time, which I suppose means I have more of a life? Yet I want anima gone.
I think with alot of you people it's less about having a life and more about you all not wanting to get slowed down in your mad dash to get every class ranked up as fast as possible.
