    When was the last time you killed Dodore? If it depops, it's not an automatic re-pop the next weather change. I crafted in that area for 3 hours one evening and it didn't pop. You cannot effectivelly plan something that has a random pop timer on it.

    We can argue like this forever, we obviously have different opinions.

    I think with alot of you people it's less about having a life and more about you all not wanting to get slowed down in your mad dash to get every class ranked up as fast as possible.
    You are correct, I have 2 classes at lvl 50 (ARC and THM) and they were both ranked up before patch 1.18. This means I was able to do 50-60 k 3 times a week for 3 hrs at a time. That's right, I only play 3 days a week on average, 3 hours at a time and occasionally a couple hours on a saturday when i don't do anything with my family.

    You are aware that before 1.18 it took less time to rank up correct?

    Before you classify me as "you people" i would think twice and I would also look at how much anima helps. Also, having 2 classes at lvl 50 it's hardly called as a "mad dash" <insert swear word here>.

    geez QQ enough about anima?

    how does it ruin your fun in the game at all if someone else ports? i like to run most places i go and do it almost always. i'm one of the few people that can claim to never being below 90 anima and most times am sitting at 100. even saying that i think the removal of anima is a dumb idea. who are you to tell someone else that they should have to run everywhere? if they want to port..... let them port as it's not affecting your game in any way.

    i don't like the idea of removing anima and i do run, but i know others that port alot. that doesn't bother me at all because i still run and enjoy the landscape. this is just an elitest attitude that says because it's of no value to you that it should be removed from others even if it has value to them.

    I like teleporting to places just as much as the next guy...

    but i do recall when i first started playing 14 the teleporting mechanic didn't impress me one bit. I've always been a lore geek when it comes to game.

    in 11 when they did the outpost warps i never blinked an eye. It was a mage of some sort that teleported you somewhere after you "earned" the right from your nation to warp there by delivering supplies.

    but in 14...its like... we are all connected man~

    just close your eyes and be one with the universe and your body will travel through time and space~

    There are like these big crystals man, they are like manifestations of pure positive energy. and once your soul meets this energy you are like forever one~

    Ok so ya i like teleporting.... it works when you look at it as a video game...but when you look at from a story point of view ...its like WTF?

    never liked the big crystal camps....thought they were very 1980s.... should be just camps with people working there and stuff...and thats where you start leves...not talk to god through a crystal...and the crystal is like ya let me see your leve card and i'll show you were the monsters are. Is it like an atm card and the crystal has a card scanner in it?

    Well hello Trolls~

    Half of you who shot down my opinion backed up with fact and logic favoring both parties completely ignored and disregarded everything said in the post the second they read "Remove Anima". let's all settle down here. Please explain to me how the idea I had stated in the OP will affect the player base negatively without disregarding the positive aspects and potential new content that can be implemented with that fact.

    Those who say "Well FF11 had more transportation methods than 14 drrrp, it had teleports, warp, scroll warp, out post warps, maws, chocobo, airships and boats! We have anima and that's all we need. Every other mean of transportation is useless! Just give us unlimited anima hahahaha" the amount of potential/manifestable content that can easily branch out into more content is unfathomable with just the simple removeal of God Mode Teleportation. Practically a GM ability...

    Are any of you forgetting the prerequisites for gaining access to any of those options? Are you forgetting how much content, lore, time sinks, that everyone desires, for obtaining and using FF11 transportation brought into the game? If FF11 had all those available means of transportation why is it that to get to point A to point B in FF11 still took many minutes / hour at the most to reach a specific destination? It was a well designed and thought out MMO for it's time.
