There's a lot of artists either on Deviantart.com or Tumblr who do commission work, prices range from $10-100 depending on the artists. Can shop around a bit and find a style you like and they will be glad to do one for your char! I did this one as a xmas gift for myself Just search for commission or something and should find some willing artists. Or if you'd like I can recommend some that I worked with
