Scylla is a weird one <...> is she augmentation or purely a guard dog resulted from similar experiments and forcibly done like Phlegethon, or did she actually want that?

The artbook confirms that Amon tortured and exprimented on Scylla, and the sacrificed clone we see in World of Darkness clarifies that she was "Queen", but that's all we have. Whose queen? Why not empress? What is this? ... Ready for some headfanon blasphemy? I like to assume that Scylla was the reigning monarch of Allag when Amon was conducting his resurrection experiments. I tell myself that Xande gave her to him as a plaything once restored to power given that she was the current symbol of the Empire's decay.

And yes, I always wondered what the Queen title was about, you're headfanon I like though, punished and used as the stepping stone essentially to right the "wrongs" of her reign.
