This was previously discussed in another thread, but the short version is this :

CHEST - the VA chest for PLD is 1 relative strength better than the 210 ESO chest. IMO the split is so insignificant that if you have one, you don't need to go get the other. For WAR the 210 ESO is better by 10 relative strength.

LEGS - the VA Legs for WAR are 14 relative strength better than the 210 ESO, and for PLD are 5 relative strength better than the 210 ESO version.

Is that with Dervy's statement weights? I'll be honest, I didn't realize the gap was so large between the va legs and the eso legs, but I was also taking the defense stat into account when I made my post (thinking the difference was closer to 3-5 relative str) but if your math on the legs is right for War than the VA gear would win out there
