I think Minfilia is more likely for 3.2, actually... Go talk to Krile and Thancred in the Rising Stones...

Well, I think 3.2 will open with us doing whatever Krile has planned, but I don't think we'll get Minfilia back as a result. She ran off for some reason, after all. She didn't get captured or teleported away, she went off to do something, chances are if she hasn't been found yet, she doesn't want to be found.

We'll probably get something like;
3.0, Y'shtola.
3.1, Thancred.
3.2, failed attempt on Minfilia.
3.3, Yda and Papalymo.
3.4, misc side characters.
3.5, Minfilia.

The cutscene we actually saw with Yda and Papalymo also had them apparently getting ready to fight the Garleans... I mean, that's not going to be resolved over night, is it? Wherever they are (my bet is Pagthl'an, Ala Mhigo is way too far), the cutscene made it pretty apparent that they were busy with something. Can't see them going straight from that cutscene to resolving the whole thing and coming back to us by 3.2.

Anyway all Scions probably gonna get some fancy new clothes (even Urianger once his true intentions are revealed) before Heavensward ends

It looked to me like they were hideing out in one of the caves in the desert. There are a couple filled wtih bandits that are used for fates that would be a prime location to find them. IT cleary wasn't Little Ala Mihgo as the disguises wouldn't really be nessairy there.

Personally I think it's possible that Minfilia didn't make it out of Ul'dah and we will find out she died.

I don't actually think we'll be going as far as 3.5 before going into 4.0, as if you see the email we got for the letter in the new year, you'll see it mentioned that we're coming up to the end of the dragonsong story arc, personally i think 3.3 will see the end of the dragonsong story and then 3.4 will start on the story leading into the new expansion, and then may get a 3.45 and then new expansion, reasoning is i remember reading how SE would like to try and push an expansion on a yearly basis but i cannot find that material due to the success of the ARR and HW...

Think at the last Live letter, was mentioned next patch would be the end of the Dragonsong. That doesn't mean there won't be any story until 4.0. They will just continue with another beginning to the arc, maybe more on the Ascians?
