First you'll probably want to move your camera down a bit (to get a good shot of more than just your head.) Press Options > Go to System > Character Configuration > Control Settings > At the very bottom of the first tab (General) you'll see "3rd Person Camera Angle". You'll probably want to take that down to 0 since you're a shorter race (remember where it was before so you can restore it after your selfie). If you have a keyboard, you can hold in CTRL + the Up or Down arrow keys to do this as well.

Next, you can hide your UI by holding L1 and the Touch Pad at the same time. If you have a keyboard, you can just keybind it to a non letter key (mines bound to the home key).

It's also suggested to get the Wind up Sun minion (it's a lightsource to brighten up screenshots. Extremely useful. ) Here's a link on how to get it. If you /poke it, you'll change it's height as well (with 5 possible heights).

Finally, you just got to find a nice looking wall, turn your camera to where the wall forces it close to your character, and then use an emote that moves your hand out of frame (if you want that genuine selfie look). When your hand is out of frame, just use the Share button to take a screenshot! (Printscreen on a keyboard will work too.)
