Or do Garuda HM
feeble is the lowest rating. If it need too long, do something that give you a higher light rating.
Well you can do mount farming, usually those runs are pretty fast and they give decent light. Plus you can get the crafter items and sell them. This is what I did to finish my light farming once 3.1 hit.

I have a friend doing the old relic to avoid the atma phase on the new relic. I mean I think he really hates atma farming, but is this a thing?
It seems to me that doing the old relic to skip the first phase of the new relic would take longer. I know it got nerfed to all hell though, so maybe I'm wrong.
I farmed the crystals and it took me like 3-4 nights of just random farming, so it didn't seem bad to me.
You can just run Sastasha, Tam-Tara, Halatali or Toto-Rak unsynced, and hope one of them ends up being part of the bonus window.
These take around 4-6 minutes to run, and give around 100 light per run during bonus window. (Not sure about the exact amount, but I was going up 1 light tier every 2 runs)
Same goes for mahatmas, where I was completing one mahatma in just 1 run through any of the 4 dungeons, with the bonus light.

This is a thing, yes. I did it with my NIN which was at Novus stage. Average of 22s runs on Ifrit NM, 8 light per run so about 16-24 light per minute, average of 17 light per minute, that's 1020 light per hour on average. A little under 2 hours to do the 250 runs to go from flat Novus to Nexus. If you get more than one person on Ifrit NM you can probably even down it in a few seconds... so power burn there.
From Nexus to Zodiac you can undersize most of the dungeons on whatever class you want to get through them, probably going to take you a little longer but if you burn with a group it can take you at most a few hours. As long as you have enough Seals, Tomes and Gil to get the extra items this step goes pretty quick and can be done in one night along with the first step.
From Zodiac to Zeta it takes 10 Iftit NM runs to clear a Mahatma, each run gives 200 'light', so it's about 20 min to clear a Mahatma if you do it solo. 12 Mahatma makes it 4 hours to go from Zodiac to Zeta.
All in all, if you are at Novus (Note: If you're at the Atma stage or earlier it's entirely not worth it... the Anima books are worse than the FATE grinding) you can get to Zeta, with a bit of expense in Seals, Tomes and Gil, in 2 evenings of burn, 1 evening if you go into Ifrit NM with 4 DPS.

The sum of all hunt arguments over early pullers: http://goo.gl/IFT9IE
PLD (which is going to get my fifth Zeta) isn't exactly AOE king... Need either two Circle of Scorns (on long cooldown) to kill the mobs in these low dungeons, or one and then finish dozens of these mobs individually. Which is time consuming and isn't too fun.
My SMN breezed through Sastasha in less than 4 minutes though.
Also a good tip for starters going for second relic is to combine Atma books stage with Zeta 16 dungeons stage, by doing overlapping dungeons only once you can save a few hours.
