Question about the demolition timer for housing.

My mother-in-law currently owns a small cottage but is unable to get on so she made my character a co-owner in an attempt to stop the demolition timer.

Does the demolition timer reset if your a co-owner of a personal house or does it only reset for the original owner?

I have already asked a GM and they provided no answer for me, but gave me the link to the original lodestone page about the housing change. Didn't answer a thing for me.

Only the original owner the one the house name is in can stop the timer.

Oh, well that's no help at all! I apologize for the snarkiness.
I think tenants hadn't been officially announced when that original post was put up. I wonder why the GM couldn't just tell you that only the owner could prevent demolition. Seems like the kind of thing they should know.
