I don't think people have problem with people selling houses for a reasonable amount, "Hey I bought this small house for 5 million so give me 5 million to release it" but that not what people do and going about it where they buy a small house for 5 million and then go "hahaha I was quicker now pay me 10x the price if you want it" that I think most people are upset about and where SE is doing something about it as first post on page 23 explained.

People fucked it up for themselves...there is alot of room to RP out being some type of house realtor. Maybe buying a plot.. putting a slight decoration to the house then promoting it like an "average" house flip..

Buying just a plot.. a plot with nothing tied to it then trying to resell with a markup is a bitch move.. exploitive and mainly just greedy.. when Gil is bountiful in game and absolutely worthless outside of it.

Well, if they don't ever put a house on it they can't 'refresh' it, thus it will be reclaimed after the time.
