I agree with it considering how easy is to get a good output with not such high effort, maybe except for WAR, honestly I dont' think that it is very simple to use it, an inexperienced player will just run into the enemy party and badly die in 5 sec, or live a lot keeping defiance up ut achieving just some random kill.

Taking in consideration the squishiness of different classes, I think BLM and PLD has the highest one and really make a big difference for a class survivability (not talking about healers).

Probably we should put a list of the top tier job for different situation, like "Top Killer", "Survivability", "Party support", "Friendly to use"...

He probably means in the sense that its so easy to use even for unskilled players and can be used on the move and from safe distances. I dont think he actually means its the strongest burst among all dps cause its definitely not.

Yeah, its not easy to do. However, it can be used on the move and from a pretty safe distance as well.

Not a single one of those classes performs best-in-role in Seal Rock, funnily enough.

AST is strong at kiting, but it lacks emergency throughput - outside of ED and Retro, AST is completely beholden to the GCD. Synastry is very strong in-group, and Lightspeed is powerful, but AST gives up the healing power of White Mage and the burst power of Scholar in exchange for mobility. Mobility doesn't win large engagements, and Astrologian lags behing both other healers in that scenario.

SMN is very strong against disorganized players, and at picking players off, but it has a fatal flaw: It cannot actually kill players under the effect of Testudo, Thrill of War, Focalization, or tank LB, even if they aren't wearing VIT gear or otherwise protected. Their non-crit burst is only in the neighborhood of 10k, and they create almost no pressure outside of it. A group of coordinated summoners can rain Deathflare, but any class is powerful over VOIP - Summoner struggles to contribute "real" damage outside of idealized scenarios, and a SMN-heavy team withers when their opening burst fails to secure an advantage.

Warrior is an offensive juggernaut, and the closest of the three to "best", but truth be told: there's enough damage out there, no matter what tank you're playing. Warrior's damage is fantastic, and Holmgang / Thrill of War are quality utility, but it's really hard to say it's "better" than Paladin's ability to lock down a player (especially a healer) for 4 full GCDs.

You would haven to make a tier list for each job type. PLD, DRK, and WAR all function completely different than WHM, AST, and SCH and should be in no way compared to them in the same list.
