Wow, I totally misinterpreted this thread title. I thought you meant something along the lines of moogles racing each other, not being a playable race. Hahaha.

Moogle race would work, even if for some reason they can't make them fly.:

I remember in one of the Final Fantasy games, the Moogles mentioned most of them were scared of heights, and just hovered over the ground. Could use the same excuse?
