I just ran to each dungeon entrance no quest markers I missed. Went by Dzemael as well nothing.

Not sure Darkhold follows AV. AV is the highest level non 50+ dungeon, progression wise it slots in after Darkhold and before the final MSQ from ARR 2.0.

Might go DH > AV then, I just remember having to run both of those dungeons to unlock the promotion.

PvP is actually not a requirement for getting promotions for your Grand Company. The only thing I can think of that you haven't yet done is your GC Hunting Log. I know you mentioned that you indeed finished it but you also mentioned you've done it up to 'rank 5' - the GC Hunting Log only has three ranks not five, as shown here, which suggests to me you actually haven't yet done it but confused it with your class Hunting Log that is completely different.

The GC Hunting Log is selected in the Hunting Logs list by clicking on the flag for your GC under the class icons, and there are three ranks that need to be done, and reward GC seals instead of EXP. The last two include enemies that are only found in specific dungeons, so you will need to enter these dungeons in order to complete them. Either way, good luck!

If you have ran the dungeons twice, all I can think of is that there are 2 hunting logs. 1 for your class and one for grand company. Maybe you are missing a mob on that.
