    Well the lowered the levels for the first 5 or so story quests in 1.18. I bet they are going to do the same thing with the rest of them in 1.19. I think the plan is to make it so the 38 quest becomes a 30 quest, and that there is room for one or two more storyline quests after the current latest one without the need to adjust the level cap.

    Yeah, they definitely don't have 50 ranks worth of story quests at the moment. Hopefully we will someday get to see a continuation of the story without a level cap increase. It's kind of lame how it just ended so inconclusively and without resolution.
