Well remember RNG isn't actually truly random, they're probably just using a pseudorandom algorithm. No, failing a 96% chance is possible.
Failing a 96% chance 7 times is impossible (a 0.000000000016384% chance). Just in case you were wondering, you are 20 times more likely to win the powerball lottery, than fail a 96% chance 7 times in a row.
But continual statistical improbability on top of continuing statistical improbability points to a problem with RNG. My mining statistics are not even close to the percentages given.
I'll bet dollars to pesos they have an error in their rng function.
At some point it stops being bad luck and turns into bad programming.
The RNG isn't working. Yes you are going to remember when bad things happen.

Clearly, the best Final Fantasy character is Locke Cole.
Glamour is TRUE ENDGAME
Yes, but the algorithm is poor if it's giving terrible non-statistical results. Repeatedly.
I'm both an Engineer and programmer. Anyways I was just throwing my two cents in, because it's something that bugs me all the time. The RNG is terrible or bugged. Or both.
