Please change Ravana/Bismark (Hard)/(Story) Trial's Tomestone's for bonus.

There is very little incentive to stay in these trials when you get them as your Roulette. Ravana in particular. There is zero reason to not get tomestones from these 8 man trials to begin with. It adds insult to injury when we take a new player through the content (Ravana often times consists of a number of wipes and players leaving) to get no worthwhile bonus.

The reason WHY there is no tomestone bonus is because it is 54/57 content, not 60. This would be entirely out of the norm of tomestone bonuses because it's under the level where you can FIRST obtain the tomestone. So instead, gil and EXP are rewarded.

and/or increase the card drop rates in hard mode trials. you don't get any loot chests either so they don't really reward anything of worth.

They are indeed under the leveling roulette, hence why they give bonus exp/gil when you have first timers.

The Hard modes are easy as cake, if you get it as a tank why in Eorzea would you leave instead of helping some newbie? >.> I got in multiple times and completed it easily, the same with the Steps of Faith.

To me it boils down to the psychology of why I queue for something in the first place. I queue for trials because I want the tomes not the EXP (which in my opinion is mediocre at best.) To put it another way there are now 5 trials where you award EXP only, Garuda SM, Titan SM, Ifrit SM, Ravana SM, and Bismark SM. Garuda, Titan and Ifrit are all in leveling, so why shouldn't Ravana and Bismark be it there too (and if Guildheists can queue you up for either a 6 person or 4 person guildheist in roulette Leveling shouldnt have a problem with queuing you for either 4 man trial/dungeon or an 8 man trial).

Honestly I think people who queue for leveling and get Ravana and Bismark would be more likely to help out (its shorter and I get a decent EXP boost for this, and hey newbie bonus MOAR EXP) as opposed to getting trials and not wanting to help out because there is only an EXP boost to give them an incentive to do so (which is pretty much wasted on a 60 job.)

Ravana and Bismarck HM fall under trials. They give bonus exp/gil because they don't pay out with tomes outside of roulette bonuses.
