As for the furniture, all your furnitures goes to NPC of the house district, by talking to them you can get it all back.

As for the gil, yes it suck. But if they want they may choose or not to pay back the fee you spent. This no GM can do anything about it.

So cut it down with Rogue Officer... If you were kicked you probably did something wrong or bad.

Nah, sometimes officers go bad. I was in a large FC with a seemingly stable core of officers and leader. One day he went rogue, stole all the money in the FC chest, wrecked the house, demoted or kicked everyone, changed his name, bought himself a larger house, and eventually changed servers. It happens.

This is an extreme condition. Robbing is way different then a kick. I am not even sure how you can compare both situations. However if the relinquished land was bought by another party while GMs do investigation. I am not sure what they would do about that.

Yea I've seen this happen in a way, was in one FC and one of the officers told the FC it was their way or the highway. Many took the highway option in instead of always being in fear of being kicked. They still around don't think the FC really ever recovered from it
