you are talking about an aura/glow, with the sparkle, it won't be a constant flashing of white dots, it would be faint quick pixel on your screen every so often

making it unnoticeable kinda kills the point of having it though.

kinda why glitter was invented to ya know. highlight in an obnoxious way. to make yourself or an object more noticeable.

it draws the attention of the eye because you are sparkling :/

and to alot of people it might just end up being a big eyesore that when released EVERYONE will sparkle until they get bored of it.
