    You said it yourself to an extent, but people who hurl abuse at other players for not being raid-level players need to look in the mirror if they want to blame someone for XIV not having more "challenging" content.

    The dungeons are fun....if you didn't have to do the same 2, 3 of them day in, day out...24/7/365...
    We need more variety to fix the daily monotony.

    Actually not against this, having more varied things to do would be nice.

    Just keep it out of duty finder if it's difficult.

    Then they should remove savage and extreme modes? Geez, what happened to running with friends? And for those that do't have time then do it on your breaks and days off. Seriously, I don't even. -_-

    Except the dev team already gave us plenty of stuff we asked. Just because we don't doesn't mean they aren't thinking about it. Heck, Yoshi-P himself said that with enough interest they might make challenging 4-man content.

    I remember that too. Was it just for dungeons difficulties or length of the dungeons? I'd like one with more variety and choices instead of the "Hallway" aesthetic. :/

    Also hoping this isn't going to be locked out for expert players with statics. 4-man dungeons hard or not can be fun with new people. Making it savage modes of the same dungeons would be terribly lazy like diadems monsters with massive amounts of hp with no threat other than getting bombarded with too many pulled mobs or going alone. Locking out content is just locking out communities that should work together and leave those who wish to go with friends or statics can go do that.

    tomestones are indeed the problem. but to clarify this: all the content besides top tier raid and extreme primals, the "casual" content, is designed for an ilvl you can reach WITHOUT any weekly lockouts. the highest ilvl you could reach before 3.1 without any weekly lockouts was 180. you don't need a higher ilvl for any dungeon, void ark or diadem.

    if they implement content, dungeons, for a higher ilvl you can't do these content with your alt classes. and the people love to play all the different classes. we know square don't have enough people to create more content within the 3 months cycle. it's very unlikely we will get harder 4 man content wich half of the community doesn't play good enough to clear it and the other half is pissed they can not enter the content with all their classes :X

    I do think if they create Savage dungeons (or some other type of difficult 4-man content), they should restrict them to the raid-servers (thus not allowing them for general DF queuing until they're "outdated").

    They should be positioned, like 8-man raids and EX primals currently are, as content meant to be done with pre-formed groups. That would, hopefully, get the message across that they aren't intended just for randoms to get together and do, but for focused, premade teams.

    I'm all for more content, but I seriously don't want to sit in a 4m dungeon for an hour or more all for the sake of harder content. People are bad enough already without things getting harder. How hard are people wanting this? Like Savage level hard with 4 players? I don't see that taking off and being used much...

    This game has a historic precedence for nerfing 4 man content that is too difficult for someone not to sleep through.

    Anyone remember those bees from the Demon Wall of the first Amdapor in 2.0? Pharos Sirius was immediately hated when it was released because it was "too hard" (people quit DF all the time when this popped up), I believe the first boss was nerfed if I recall correctly. There are a handful of other examples, which escape me over the past 2 years. However, unfortunately for anyone wanting a modicum of challenge in 4 man content, SE has time and again shown that they want it all to be extremely easy.
