Anyone else want more titles?

Just 1.0 players can have the title ''The Warrior of Light'' ?

Why only 1.0 players? The storyline in ARR and Heavensward still treats your PC as the Warrior of Light, so it'd make no sense holding a title like that back from anyone who didn't get to play 1.0.

On topic: While I'm happy with my The End of Ascalon title, more to choose from wouldn't hurt anyone, so bring them on!

Cause we actually WERE the original warriors of light they are talking about throughout the entirety of the storyline who faced Dalamud head on and were sent through time and space by Louisioux. I was really disappointed they did so little to tweak the main story for us, its not like a few lines of changed dialog would be that difficult. I mean, we were buds with all these people before after all but they treat us the same as any adventurer walking into town with a little Echo in their pocket. All we get is a fancy opening sequence.

But seriously, it would be nice to have a lil something extra outside a mount and tattoo that will most likely be added to mogstation soon anyway. It would be like no one at all knowing us anymore after heavensward is done and never able to be played again by anyone ever. It's just a nice tip of the proverbial hat.

I really doubt those are ever getting into the Mogstation, if that matters.

Don't worry, Notorious Monster Hunter (1.x) is not really the same title as Notorious Monster Slayer (3.1, from killing 100 NM in Diadem)

Mainly, i want to know what my titles are even for. I look in the title window and the descriptions are less than helpful.

Character window -> Profile -> Acquired Titles -> right click on a title -> View Achievement

I'd much rather it just be in the table tho. I don't want to right click view achievement for my like 50 titles, I could just alt tab and google them with the same amount of effort.

Doh, you're right, I just checked the achievement in game and on the Lodestone (found here) and the title granted is indeed slightly different to the 1.0 one. I really should read the achievements properly instead of just skim reading over them and assuming it's correct. Either way, Legacy players need not fret, their original achievement title is still unique.

There's actually a number of lines changed throughout the entire game, including Heavensward quests, if you're a legacy player.
I mean, sometimes it isn't obvious. I've noticed something strange about the way something was worded, so I ask my non-legacy friends what their quest said instead. But yeah, there's a number of times and NPCs that know who we are and what we did.
