This is an issue I'm sure none of us would like to experience and if I had to put myself in Fox's shoes, with the “support” of the Support Centre – and you didn't read the “jaw-dropping” preset e-mail they sent him – I'd be just as clueless.

Is the character's data corrupted? And the retainer's? What happened?

These are all questions I'd ask, and so far he didn't receive any real answer.

I wonder what Yoshi-P would say if someone had to translate this to him, as this is quite unacceptable (like I said, we just have to imagine if this had to happen to us)...

Well, I hope the problem will be fixed in time for 1.19 (or at least that he receives some answer, better than just waiting the passing days without knowing anything), so he'll be riding a chocobo with us on Bodhum.

I got this game 3 days ago, and been having this problem constantly. I "failed" multiple leves because getting dc'd in the middle of them apparently makes you fail. Lost countless crafts to this as well.

Finally it escalated today to a point where I just can't play. I only stay logged in for an average of 1-3 minutes before it disconnects me with this error. Neither of my friends who started with me have this problem, we all use the same net and live nearby too. I tried multiple other online games like HoN to make sure it wasn't my net, not a single d/c on any of them.

I decided to look up the error and here I find this. I was hoping to find solutions, instead all I see is despair. If Fox a long-time player isn't getting help on this, then I'm pretty much screwed as well.

We can Toss (30002)1316884538,23190339,5 into this, havent seen much like this since beta and I've had 3 today in the space of an hour.
i'll keep a log if they keep coming up.
Going to try a few things my end reinstall game and the like, but i only reinstalled the Pc a week ago ago along with the game, though I didn't put it on my SSD (had a brain fart lol), but I will this time.
