PSN is still down for me, I'm on a PS4, got the warning that it was down and then simply ignored it logged in a played a bit. Logged out and got the warning that PSN was down (and actually had to hit the PS button to get off that screen).

;tldr FFXIV has always worked for me on the PS4 when PSN is down (?)
