Can't deny that, but the lore going to shit was also the reason I gave up on World of Warcraft. "OMG Old Gods, OMG ALTERNATE DIMENSIONS, OMG ILLIDAN!!!" - WoW lore team.... couldn't give a damn as long as they don't do that, but the lore is 90% references anyway.

I could totally see how a bike being released is the pathway to lore going to shit. Its the last straw, the icing on the cake. Goodness if you all want something that focused on lore go read a book, i just play this game for fun. I even have more fun with hildy questline than the actual story and lore.

The bike is anything but colourful though, but then again neither is post-FF7 Cloud being all whiny. Maybe we could get a rainbow edition.

@Mycow8me, if you want something based on bikes, go buy a dirtbike/real bike if you have the funds and the willingness to get a license otherwise go watch Advent Children or maybe even buy a game with bike racing. WoW's story became a joke after all the memes started appearing, at least when they were incredibly in your face so who knows.

I actually did own a bike when i lived in florida, a ninja 650R but now i live in kentucky and its cold half the year here, not nearly as worth it so it was sold. I play racing games and work on them some times. Ive seen advent children... Wait was there a point to all of this.

This whole thread is basically people who could be enjoying something thats already been created but not released, and people who dont want it (and apparently are incappable of simply ignoring it).

How is THIS breaking the lore?? Are we not forgetting our slime hats from dragons quest, our 4th wall breaking meeting with the dev team, Flying Turtles, special and main character appearances from other final fantasy games (matoya, lala with the cat ears, lightning etc), the entire hildabrand series, the friggen Gold Saucer from ff7, characters that die even though we have magic called raise and potions like pheonix downs that bring people BACK TO LIFE, yeah, the lore is pretty stable to me. Flawless. This game is filled with refereces and gimmicks, whats a bike amongst magitek armor and Gobbie machinations? answer me that?
