I doubt Echo affects the heal of Equi, it is based on attack power and Echo doesn't increases that.

After severals tests, the problem doesn't seems to be the "attack power", but "spell vs ability"
Echo works on Clemency, which is also based on attack power.

BUT, it doesn't seem to work on Lustrate. And now that it's no longer based on HP%, it can be huge letdown for SCH on tight fights.

3.0 introduced an "unsynced" mode for 2.X content.

I bet a DRK could do that but not a PLD.
